The braking of the pump casing is caused by "water hammer phenomenon". As you may know, this happens when a big pressure is loaded to the pump mainly as a result of delivery hose is stepped by vehicles or the valve of delivery side is suddenly closed. Thus, we presume this problem comes from user fault and is unfortunately not a subject to warranty.
